The Website allows the User to get acquainted with information about current spaces for holding the events, and gives the possibility to leave a request for booking such a space.
The "Locations" section lists the current spaces, namely: "Horizon”, “Playground”, “Team & Spirit Meeting Rooms”.
The User can submit an application for holding an event in one of the spaces by filling out the appropriate form on the Website by clicking "Book Space".
An application for an event is not an offer to conclude a contract. Upon receipt of the application, the MACPAW reviews it and may provide the User with an offer for a range of services for organizing the event.
Only after the User accepts the offer for a set of event management services, the space selected by the User will be considered booked, and MACPAW will have the corresponding obligations to provide a set of event management services.
