MacPaw Space became a partner location for the "AI for Ukraine Recovery" hackathon, which took place simultaneously in Kyiv and Tallinn from September 6 to 8.
20 teams worked on areas critical for addressing the consequences of the war, including:
• damage assessment;
• cybersecurity;
• effectiveness and impact of international aid;
• mental health;
• combating disinformation.
Participants included AI startups with ready-made solutions, as well as IT professionals, students, and enthusiasts interested in artificial intelligence. The event featured brainstorming sessions, international networking, and pitching of innovative ideas.
