This Privacy Policy is enacted by LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “MACPAW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT”, identification code 40179544 ("We", "MacPaw").

MacPaw manages the website (the "Website"), using which the interested user (the "User", "You") has the opportunity to inform themself with information about the current spaces in MacPaw Space which are available for events, and to leave a request (application-order) for the provision of a range of services for organizing an event in the space chosen by the User.

This Policy describes in detail how we process your personal information and how we protect your data. MacPaw is the controller of the personal data which are collected through this Website and further - which are processed by MacPaw. The use of the Website is governed by the Terms of Use of the Site, available at the link.

Before giving your consent to the Processing of Personal Data, please read this Privacy Policy, which contains all the necessary information regarding the Processing and protection of your Personal Data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI as of 1 June 2010.


Website means the website of the MacPaw Space, located in Kyiv and designed to exchange ideas, create content, and launch projects through events. Access to the Website is available at

Event means an event held in your interests or in the interests of the organization you represent, for which you order a set of services to be provided by MacPaw to organize such an event.

Controller of Personal Data or Controller means LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY “MACPAW PROPERTY MANAGEMENT”, a legal entity duly registered under the laws of Ukraine, identification code 40179544, the address of registration: 100, Velyka Vasylkivska St., Kyiv, 03150, Ukraine, which determines the purpose of Personal Data Processing, establishes the composition of this data and the procedures for its Processing. 

Processing of personal data or Processing means any action or set of actions, such as collection, registration, accumulation, storage, adaptation, modification, updating, use and dissemination (distribution, sale, transfer), depersonalization, destruction of personal data that we collect from you.

Personal data means information or a set of information about you as an individual who is identified or can be identified by such information that we collect in accordance with the purpose set out in this Policy. 

Processors of Personal Data or Data Processors mean natural or legal persons authorized by the Controller to process Personal Data on behalf of the Controller (if any).

Third Parties mean any other persons, except you, the Controller, Data Processors.


During your visit, after leaving an application-order for the provision of a range of services for the organization of the Event on the Website, as well as during your further holding of the Event, completing our surveys, communicating via e-mail, telephone or other means of communication with Us, We may collect and process the categories of information about you specified in this section of the Policy, which may include your Personal Data.

Consent is granted by you by visiting and using the Website, including when filling out online forms, applications on the Website and subsequently - when concluding an agreement.

If, in the course of providing services, it becomes necessary to collect and Process an additional category of Personal Data that has not been collected and processed before, you will receive a separate request for consent to the Processing of such Personal Data.


We store and process the Personal Data that We hold in the Pipedrive cloud-based CRM system.

We will store your information for a specified period of time to achieve the purpose for which it was processed and stored in accordance with the requirements of applicable law. 

We will delete or anonymize your personal data as soon as the purpose of storing such data has been served.


As a rule, we do not transfer your data to the Processors. However, by consenting to the processing of your Personal Data, you confirm that you have been informed that, if necessary, we may transfer your Personal Data to the Processors in accordance with the concluded agreements. If we engage such Processors, we will notify you of the engagement of such Processors. The Processors will process Personal Data in the manner determined by the Controller. The amount of your Personal Data transferred to the Processors is proportionate to the achievement of the purpose of the Processing of such data. 

We can provide you with more detailed information about the persons involved in the Processing of your Personal Data as the Data Processors (if any) in response to your request sent via the contacts specified in this Policy. 

You also acknowledge that, if we have a reasonable need to do so, we may transfer your Personal Data to countries that are not members of the European Union or signatories to the Convention for the Protection of Individuals with regard to Automatic Processing of Personal Data of 28 January 1981, solely for the purposes of this Policy, and where the law may provide for a lower level of protection of your Personal Data than the law of Ukraine. If such transfers do occur, we will ensure that they are in accordance with this Policy and law of Ukraine and that your Personal Data will be adequately protected. 

The transfer of Personal Data (if any) is carried out in an encrypted or anonymised format that excludes the possibility of identifying a person, unless the purposes of this Policy cannot be achieved using encrypted or anonymised data. 

We may also disclose your Personal Data in cases expressly provided for by law of Ukraine. 

We do not sell, rent, trade or distribute your Personal Data as visitors to the Website, except as described in this Policy.


We use our online presence in social media to communicate with customers and stakeholders and to disseminate information about our activities.

User data is usually processed by the respective social networks for market research and advertising purposes. In this way, profiling based on user interests can be carried out. The legal basis for data processing is contractual (pre-contractual) necessity and your consent to our contacting and informing our customers, as well as pre-contractual activities with future users of MacPaw Space and interested parties.

MacPaw emphasises that data protection requests are most effectively made to the relevant social network provider, as only these providers have access to the data and can take direct action. Below is a list with information about the social networks where we are present:


You have the following rights in relation to the Personal Data we process:

1. to know about the sources of collection, location of your Personal Data, the purpose of their Processing, the location of the Controller and the Processors. This information is contained in this Policy. In case of additional questions or the need to obtain additional information about the Controller or the Processors such information may be provided to you in response to your request. The response to the request shall be provided within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of its receipt by Us. You can make a request by contacting the contacts specified in this Policy;

2. to receive information about the conditions for granting access to Personal Data, in particular, information about the Third Parties to which your Personal Data is transferred;

3. to access your Personal Data;

4. to receive a response within 30 (thirty) calendar days on whether your Personal Data is processed, as well as to receive the content of such Personal Data;

5. to object to the Processing of your Personal Data;

6. to request to change or delete your Personal Data;

7. to make reservations regarding the restriction of the right to Process your Personal Data when providing consent;

8. to withdraw consent to the Processing of Personal Data;

12. to apply for legal remedies in case of violation of the legislation on the protection of Personal Data; and

13. to be protected against a decision based solely on automatic Processing of your Personal Data that has legal consequences for you. 


The period of processing and storage by the Controller and Processors of your Personal Data does not exceed the period necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. 

As a general rule, your Personal Data will be deleted after the expiry of the storage period. For reporting and statistical purposes, your Personal Data may be stored in an anonymised form after the expiry of the retention period. 


We do not use Cookies or other technologies on the Website. 


Personal data is processed by Our specialists, and it is stored in encrypted or anonymised form (i.e. information that allows direct or indirect identification of a person is removed from it) in cases where such anonymisation or encryption does not lead to the impossibility of providing you with services. 

Our specialists have access to your Personal Data (any Personal Data) only in exceptional cases. Such specialists are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement on Personal Data entrusted to them or which they have become aware of in connection with the performance of their professional or official duties. 

The Website may from time to time contain links to other websites that are not owned by the Controller. We do not assume any obligation or responsibility for the content and functionality of such websites. We reserve the right to update this Policy to keep pace with changes to our Website and our business, as well as applicable laws. However, we will always maintain our commitment to respect your privacy. We will notify you of any material changes affecting your rights under this Policy by email (to the last email address you provided) or post any other changes to this Policy, together with the effective date, in an easily accessible section of our Website, so we encourage you to visit it periodically to stay informed of any updates.
